Product Information
ResellAuthentic provides access to digital supplier links and directories that connect you to vendors and wholesalers that we personally pay for and vouch. We do not guarantee product availability, quality, pricing, or delivery from any third-party supplier linked through our platform. All supplier relationships are managed independently, and you may be required to purchase items directly from those suppliers.
Payments
All payments for digital products are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which sets out the circumstances in which we will refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is approved. Your access appears on your order confirmation page straight away, and a copy is also emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
If you cannot find your access, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us and we will resend it within 24 hours.
